STEPS TO SUCCESS

90% of driving tests are on the final day of your course – 5% within 5 days of your final session and 5% within 10 days.
Any delays with driving tests are within the DVSA and are totally out of our control!

ALLOCATION
Within 24 hours of paying your course deposit your booking will be fully processed and submitted to our allocations team to pair you up with one of our local course instructors. They will liaise directly with you to keep you up to date.

ALLOCATED
As soon as your course is allocated to one of our course instructors (normally within 10 working days), we will send them a course schedule request to submit confirming they have an agreed start date and proposed end date with.
Most courses start within 4 weeks of booking. In some areas this may be longer due to the availability of test in your local test centre. -

ATTEND ALL SESSIONS
You need to attend all scheduled course hours. It may not be possible to rearrange hours due to the tight timeline of your course schedule. If you miss hours, we cannot request the money back from your course instructor. The hours will be lost.

KEEP IT RUNNING
To ensure the success of the test transfer and fast track systems you need to keep to the course hours. Your course instructor will receive messages to approve a test date. It is only possible to get a test date when the course is active. If there is no “end date” the system will pause looking. In 10% of courses you may wait a few extra days after your final session.

KEEP 2 HOURS BACK
You MUST reserve at least 2 hours of your course for your driving test. This is one hour warm up and one hour for the test, debrief and lift home.

YOUR DRIVING TEST
We book a placeholder driving tests for all courses and set to change this with our test transfer and fast track systems.
It is your responsibility to bring your provisional licence card with you. Your test will not go ahead without it. You will need to pay for another test and more hours with your course instructor. -

POST TEST
If you have passed, great! Please allow your course instructor to take a sucess photo and leave us a trust piolot review.
