I must take this opportunity to remind you, you MUST deliver the course as set out in the course schedule you submitted to activate the course payment.

Should you change the course schedule in any way, you are exposing the business to a potential refund or chargeback. And should this happen, as per the terms and conditions you have agreed to, you will be responsible for repaying the course fee and in some instances, the course deposit also. However, there is never a need for this. All we ask is you fulfil the obligations you agreed to when signing up, and further agreed to when signing and submitting the course schedule.

Please remember, the customer has a very similar agreement in that if they fail to show for any pre arranged sessions or cancel at short notice on an intensive course theses are forfeited and in turn may jeopardise their readiness for the driving test.

Further to this, if the pupil is not in your professional opinion at a safe standard of independent driving you are not obliged to take them for the driving test.
