Cancel My Intensive Course

Dear Customer

We are very sorry you have decided to cancel your intensive course booking with us.

If you cancel your booking with us, you accept you are not entitled to full a refund of the course deposit as this has been requested outside of our terms and conditions and refund policy. You will get the following.

Upon cancellation the administration fees deducted from the course deposit are as follow.

6 hour course £204

12 hour course £228

18 hour course £252

24 hour course £276

30 hour course £300

36 hour course £324

42 hour course £348

48 hour course £372

What you will receive.

£62 for your driving test or £75 for a weekend driving test

£23 for your theory test (providing this was booked)

£ Balance payment (Equal to any amount pre-paid)

Should you wish to go ahead with your cancellation please complete the below form. As soon as the form is received, we will action your request within 48 hours. You may receive a call from our customer services manager to see if there is anything we can do to resolve any situation. If this is not resolved we will send you a e-contract to sign, confirming your request to cancel and you understand the refund will be partial.
