By completing and submitting this form you are confirming you accept the pupil / customer and all the responsibilities as set out by My Intensive Course Ltd. This includes ensuring all scheduled lesson times are adhered to as set out in the schedule with no deviation. You must confirm ALL course except for the final 2 hours that are to be reserved for the driving test.

My Intensive Course will work to schedule the driving test for the last day of the intensive driving course. If unavailable we will provide the driving test at one of the preferred test centres as close to the end of the test as possible.

You must reserve at least 2 hours for test cover.

You must always remain professional and realise the customer, like all people will make an official complaint if they feel your behaviour as an ADI and a person in a position of trust falls short of the expectations, they have a right to expect.
