My Intensive Course will issue a 100% refund on request if we fail to prepare your course schedule within 4 weeks (28 days) of booking or passing your theory test. Please select the statement that matches your booking.(Required)

Preparing a schedule means we are required to find the amount of free time in our course instructors diary to accommodate all your course hours and test. We can only do this within the 4 weeks if you have already passed your theory test. If you have one booked or have one booked with us with us he 4 weeks commence from the date you inform us of your theory result. Please note, it is often much sooner that the stated 4 weeks.

However, I acknowledge that the recommended hours are based on national averages and do not guarantee that I will be fully prepared for my driving test. I acknowledge and agree that My Intensive Course Ltd. cannot be held liable for any deficiencies in my preparation for the driving test, and I accept full responsibility for my progress and readiness for the test. I confirm that if I am under the age of 18, my parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to this declaration and the terms and conditions of the course.
