Dear partner instructor. It is important to remember your responsibilities as an active ADI on the DVSA register of approved instructors. It is also your responsibility to ensure you remain “fit and proper”, as per the DVSA’s published description. Please understand, our customers expect a professional service in line with the DVSA’s “fit and proper” interpretation. We speak with our customers to ensure the course is progressing as planned and they are happy with the service we provide and the instructor they are assigned. You must always remain professional and realise the customer, like all people will make an official complaint if they feel your behaviour as an ADI and a person in a position of trust falls short of the expectations, they have a right to expect. Please do yourself proud and always maintain total professionalism. Never let your guard down. We are all governed by the DVSA and have a duty to uphold the standards expected of us.
