Any course hours that are cancelled by the customer / pupil are non refundable and are not likely to be rearranged unless the course instructor agrees and there is time to reschedule before your test date.

I understand the information I have provided in this form confirms the start of my intensive driving course. I confirm I am responsible for being available for all hours scheduled with my course instructor and agree there is no possibility of any hours being refunded if I cancel after the course has started unless my course instructor has agreed in writing via a text message or email. I further understand I can not request a refund of hours if I can not provide evidence by way of the timecard I have been provided. By starting my in car sessions this confirms all parts of my intensive driving course booking with My Intensive Course have been fulfilled and provided as described, regardless of duration since first booking.
